The resources here are simple tools to DISCover Your Personality just by answering two simple questions. There are obviously much more in depth personality profile assessments, but you'd be surprised just how accurate the results are just from these two questions:

  1. Are you an introvert or an extrovert?
  2. Are you task-oriented or people-oriented?

The attached resources and descriptions are based on the D.I.S.C. personality profile inventory. For details on the acronym (D.I.S.C.) and descriptions, click on the resources below.

In all of life's relationships, there is a huge advantage in being aware of our own personality type and that of those around us. Having information about personalities provides insight in how we communicate, and in relationships, communication is everything.

Life really is all about relationships and connection. Keys to connecting and building healthy relationship relationships are: 1) assuming the best 2) having understanding of personality and also in the known or unknown of a person's background and story 3) patience 4) listening and asking questions 5) grace

Hopefully, these tools will provide you with a little more insight into personality types to make a positive difference in knowing yourself and others better, such that your relationships will be strengthened.
