What We Believe
A Brief Summary
We believe that the Gospel (Good News) is the best news known to man. If we had to summarize the message of the Gospel (Good News) in one word, it would be “Rescue” (Titus 3:3-7). If we had to summarize the essence of the Gospel in one word, it would be “Love” (Galatians 5:6b). And if we had to summarize love in one word, it would be “Jesus” (2 Corinthians 8:9). We believe the Bible is God’s Word (2 Timothy 3:16-17) and we believe that we are rescued in the love of Jesus (Colossians 1:13), who is “the Word who became flesh and moved into the neighborhood.” (John 1:14).
