Good News 101 - Sacrificial Serving Good News 101 - Sacrificial Serving

We had a great morning of worship, and then at 5pm, we had a great time celebrating Elizabeth Song's (age 9) baptism, as a result of her expressed faith and desire to surrender her life to Jesus as Lord and Savior.

Baptism is a visible sign of the love of an invisible God. It's like a wedding ring that God gives to those He loves and who love Him. Baptism is to be applied to Believers and their children, because it's a sign of God's promise to His people that, “I will be your God and you will be My people” (Genesis 17:7). It was a beautiful baptism service with lots of friends. Joe was able to baptize Elizabeth in Jason & Marni Smith's hot tub. :) It was great!
